The sleight of hand embezzlement was laid out very well in their article. As a subscriber(no longer) to HCN I was surprised by the critical analysis of the Veteran group. The December 2016 issue was largely devoted to the protests and interviews with the protesters, although few if any of the interviews were with local people participating.
